It's a team of extraordinary medical professionals with the latest ideas for keeping patients healthier.Esse Health is currently seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for our South County Internal Medicine office located at 5034 Griffin Road!Summary: The Patient Service Representative's main responsibility will be answering incoming calls for 9 providers.The PSR will ask pertinent questions related to patient symptoms and relay this information to the provider.The chosen candidate must project a positive and professional image over the phone, and in all interactions with patients and coworkers.We are seeking candidates who have the ability to multi-task and stay organized, as well as who possess a strong desire to delivery quality customer service!Preferred Qualifications: Formal training which will probably be indicated by a high school diploma or equivalent; 1 or more years of experience working with the public, preferably in a healthcare setting.
