ApplyDescriptionThe Patient Service Specialist will:* Demonstrate the ability to organize the office efficiently and effectively.* Contribute to a pleasant and cooperative team environment.* Cross train in all areas of reception.* Accurately and expeditiously register patients.* Demonstrate the ability to respond to requests for information, both patient specific as well as practice specific.* Demonstrate the ability to operate and maintain office equipment.* Demonstrate the ability to accurately prepare and maintain patient charts.Requirements* High School diploma or equivalent* Six (6) months' customer service/clerical experience, including computer operation* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)* Proficient typing skills* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Effective verbal and written communication skills* Skills in the use of database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and/or presentation software
