Work Hours: (2) 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and (2) closing shifts from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Every other Sunday, with a day off during the week when working on Sunday.Position Overview:
  • Maintain Focus on Patient Experience: Ensure that every patient interaction is positive and contributes to their overall experience.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Communicate proficiently with patients, families, and practitioners to facilitate understanding and collaboration.
  • Prioritize Incoming Requests: Quickly assess incoming calls, walk-in patients, and outgoing calls, prioritizing based on urgency.
  • Handle Patient Information: Gather necessary information for new patient registrations, verify and update existing patient data as required.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Accurately schedule appointments, whether in person or over the phone, to optimize patient flow.
  • Payment Collection: Collect payments for services rendered, provide receipts to patients, and forward necessary documentation to the billing department.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Strictly adhere to HIPAA standards and regulations in managing patient information, following departmental and center policies.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the department and the team.
Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience providing direct customer service
  • Healthcare administration or related field
Pay and Benefits:
  • $20 per hour, commensurate with experience
