Job Description:

Our client, Michigan Medicine, is seeking a Patient Services Assistant to join their team. As a Patient Services Assistant, you will provide customer support to patients, providers, clinicians, and faculty at Michigan Medicine. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative or clerical experience, experience with medical terminology and offices, and an outstanding commitment to customer service which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Michigan Medicine in Brighton

**Compensation:** $18.00 per hour - WEEKLY PAY!

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Handle check in and out procedures.

+ Input information into MiChart.

+ Communicate with providers, patients, and staff.

**Here's What You Need To Apply:**

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ 1-2 years clerical experience preferred.

+ 1 year of experience in medical setting.

+ Customer service background.

+ Ability to comply with Michigan Medicine immunizations requirements.
