If you're ready to be part of a mission-driven team, we want YOU!Position SummaryAs a Member Services Representative, you'll be the welcoming face of our North Seattle clinic. You'll handle front-desk operations, greet members and visitors, and provide exceptional support to ensure their experience is positive and seamless. From managing schedules to resolving concerns, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, member-centered care in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Do Member Engagement
- Welcome and assist members, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and connect members with the services they need.
- Facilitate member flow through the clinic, ensuring smooth transitions and a positive experience.
Administrative Support
- Use the electronic medical records (EMR) system to schedule appointments, update member records, and track attendance.
- Collect member fees and ensure accurate documentation of transactions.
- Take and upload member photos into the EMR system for secure record-keeping.
- Route incoming mail and faxes while maintaining an organized front desk.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the waiting area, ensuring it is welcoming and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Monitor member behavior in collaboration with the Safety Officer and address any issues calmly and professionally.
- Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or higher degree preferred.
- At least two years of experience in reception or customer service, preferably in a medical or mental health setting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with members from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in dynamic situations, with strong conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to sit, stand, or walk throughout the workday.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., including supplies and files.
