We are a group of people that are incredibly passionate about building a world-class destination for neurosurgery care as well as employment!As one of the largest private group practices in the US, BBS is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to join our Location in Chandler / Gilbert! In general, the Patient Services Specialist will:
- Prepare front office for daily activities.
- Warmly greet patients, guests, vendors and visitors
- Ensure that all patient paperwork, demographics, and insurance information is up to date and correct.
- Collects co-pay if necessary and issues receipt.
- Notifies physician office and/or clinic staff of patient arrivals.
- Maintains accurate and timely patient information in Centricity and Phreesia databases.
- Answer telephones and transfers caller to appropriate staff member
- Help create an extraordinary patient experience!
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred but we are willing to train!
