Valley View's busy Gastroenterology Center is seeking a full-time, patient-focused Patient Services Specialist with excellent customer service skills to be the first contact for our patients. This position's typical schedule will be days, Monday - Friday. Previous Customer Service experience in a medical setting highly preferred.Responsibilities include: providing patients and providers with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping providers and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls for the office manager, techs, and providers appropriately.
