- The right candidate will be self-motivated and will be an active team member
- Dependable and be able to identify our patients' and visitors' needs.
- Display a professional attitude towards patients, visitors, workers, and colleagues/coworkers
- Adhere to ASAC policies and procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality, in accordance to HIPPA and 42CFR
- Experience supervising patients in a substance abuse/ mental health residential setting preferred, but not required
- Medication management experience preferred, but not required
- Good communication skills required both verbally and written, along with being a good role model for our patients
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Good driving record required and will need to pass criminal and child abuse back ground checks
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Comfortable working with a diverse population of women and children
- Facilitate educational groups
