Latham Medical Group is hiring a Patient Support Representative to join their team! Open to full time or part time. Monday-Friday
This position is eligible for up to a $750 recruitment/retention bonus
The primary responsibility of this role is to answer phones in a high-volume call center, and to schedule appointments.
Responsibilities:
* Answer multiple line phone system, forwarding calls to appropriate location or handling calls personally when appointments are needed.
* Remove messages from phone system and return calls to patients as needed.
* Cancel and reschedule patients when necessary.
* Schedule appointments for patients, following office protocols for access to care.
* Document verbal conversations and information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
* Transfer/retrieve office phones to/from answering service.
* Answer overflow of phone calls and direct appropriately.
* Process incoming telephone calls/messages based on office policy and procedure.

Annual salary range: $14.50 - $21.75
