- Monday through Friday 2:30PM to 11:00PM. Occasional Holidays
- Friday through Sunday 7:00PM to 7:30AM. Occasional Holidays.
- Thursday through Sunday 12:30PM to 11:00PM. Occasional Holidays.
- Wednesday through Saturday 7:00AM to 5:30PM. Occasional Holidays.
- Monday through Friday 10:00AM to 6:30PM. Occasional Holidays.
- Monday through Friday 12:00PM to 8:30PM. Occasional Holidays.
- Wednesday through Saturday 9:00AM to 7:30PM. Occasional Holidays.
- Sunday through Thursday 7:00AM to 3:30PM. Occasional Holidays.
- Friday through Tuesday 12:30PM to 11:00PM. Occasional Holidays.
- Sunday through Tuesday 7:00AM to 5:30PM. Occasional Holidays.
BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY :Contribute to the patient well-being by performing a variety of duties that supports nursing care.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Assist nursing staff /ancillary staff in the transfer of patients from bed to bed, stretcher or wheelchair. Educate and train new staff members in the responsibilities of the Care Team Associate role. Perform other duties as delegated by nursing staff and unit management as needed in both routine and emergent situations. Responsible for accurate and timely entry of information into computerized bed-management system. Transport patient via wheelchair, stretcher, or bed to destination. Includes taking patients to tests, transfers and discharges. Transfer infusion pumps from pole to wheelchair, stretcher, and bed; Ensure equipment such as wheelchairs, stretchers, beds, infusion pumps, etc. are routinely cleaned and available for use; Retrieve, tag, and deliver broken equipment to repair shop. Deliver equipment back to unit once repaired. Supply and exchange medical gases throughout the facility as needed. Perform routine cleaning and stocking of medical carts. May complete unit/department specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documentsSUPERVISION RECEIVED:Supervision is received from Supervisor, Care Team Associate SupportSUPERVISION EXERCISED:No supervision exercised.
