Suring Health and Rehabilition has a Great Opportunity a highly motivated and energetic candidate to Join a Fantastic Team!

We are looking for a Patient Tranportation Driver to drive patients to appointments, Pick up from hospital discharge and other outings- hours may change based on appointments

Qualification:

• Clean driving record in the state of WI
• Wisconsin driver's license in good standings
• Preferred experence driving a van
• CPR Certification preferred but not required to obtain job
