Paving ForepersonThe Paving Foreperson is responsible for the daily planning, production, and safety of the paving crew. DutiesCalculate quantities and communicate equipment/trucking needs and start time.Supervise employees on the job.Oversee progress of sub-contractors, crew, and quantities.Maintain a safe work environmentTrain employees on proper operations including maintenance and housekeeping.Other duties as may be assigned.RequirementsMust be 18 years in age or older.Minimum of a high school diploma or (GED)Must pass pre-employment drug screen.Must be willing to travel and work weekends3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
