We're currently seeking a Pay/Bill Specialist to join our team at Mountain Ltd. and play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
As a Pay/Bill Specialist, you'll be a vital part of our administrative team, ensuring payroll and billing processes are accurate and efficient. Your day-to-day will include:
+ Processing payroll for multiple employees while maintaining adherence to deadlines.
+ Ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
+ Navigating and managing data across multiple systems to support payroll tasks.
+ Collaborating with team members and Mountain Ltd. management to resolve discrepancies or answer questions.
+ Supporting financial reporting and compliance efforts as needed.

+ Payroll experience is required.

Enjoy a hybrid schedule, reporting to the New Gloucester, Maine office on Mondays and Tuesdays and work remotely for the remainder of the workweek.
