We're looking for an experienced Payment Fulfillment Manager to help us take things to the next level.At Benjamin, we give users real cash rewards-what we call MoMos (Money Moments)-for things they're already doing. From playing games and watching ads to everyday card purchases with cash back, we're all about putting money back in people's pockets.What you'll do:
  • Manage the end-to-end payments process for customer rewards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  • Ensure seamless integration with multiple payment platforms (ACH, PayPal, Venmo, gift cards, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payment issues, discrepancies, and customer inquiries related to payments.
  • Monitor payment queues, conduct periodic audits, and report on payment performance and processing times.
  • Work with the product team to improve the user experience and optimize payment workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security standards in payments processing.
  • Work closely with our fraud and risk management teams to ensure we are paying the right customers
  • Manage relationships with third-party payment providers and ensure platform availability and efficiency.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to payment transactions, costs, and volume.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance payment efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize fraud.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure proper reconciliation of funds and reporting.
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in payments management, preferably within a rewards or fintech platform.
  • Deep understanding of various payment methods, including ACH, PayPal, Venmo, and gift cards.
  • Familiarity with payment gateways, processing fees, and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external providers.
  • Experience with payment processing compliance and risk management.
  • Proficient in using payment processing software and financial management tools.
