Insight Global is seeking a Payment Posting Representative to support a Health Care network in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This individual will be responsible for reviewing insurance adjustments, posting patient payments, documenting all activity accordingly, and identifying and escalating issues as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience entering data into computer programs, and general knowledge of clinical operations and debits and credits. - Experience working within a Revenue Cycle related role - Medical Billing Experience- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent - Strong Customer Service skills - Basic Knowledge of Health Insurance and Medical Billing
