Payroll Administrator This position will assist with and support payroll operations for Omron Management Center of America, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Our Commitment to Employees:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and input payroll data through automated system to produce accurate and timely biweekly payroll for multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional US and Canada according to legislation, corporate policies and industry best practices.
- Onboard new employees into the ADP system.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve all discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with HR team to ensure accurate employee data when processing new hires, transfers and separation pay.
- Prepare biweekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports as needed.
- Coordinate with managers to ensure accurate time keeping records and processes.
- Review calculations and provide approval on all off-cycle payments.
- Maintain accurate data in payroll system.
- Create and run AD hoc reporting out of ADP.
- Interact and work closely with Human Resources and Corporate Benefits personnel.
- Provide professional advice and support to management and Human Resources staff at subsidiaries regarding payroll matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
- Maintain the integrity of payroll records in compliance with J-Sox principles.
- Evaluate internal controls, to include risk assessment and remediation.
- Assist with year-end tax reporting for US and Canadian employees (W-2s & T4s).
- Assist with audit process.
- Assist with data entry in various HR systems.
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and deliverables.
- Demonstrate the Omron Principles in your daily work and interactions with employees, co-workers, and vendors.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of multi-state payroll experience, including state and federal regulations. Canadian Payroll a plus.
- Technically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
- Experience with payroll software, HRIS and automated time & attendance systems. Experience with ADP Vantage and ADP WFN preferred.
