Job Description:
Our client is a distinguished non-profit organization that operates across five locations in the Saratoga Springs, NY area, offering senior citizens a spectrum of living options including Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. We're currently seeking a skilled Payroll Administraor to play a pivotal role in their continued success.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll and HRIS functions for 375 employees across five locations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in payroll software, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely review of timecards, paycheck processing, and preparation of reporting for 375 employees in 5 locations.
  • Respond to staff calls/emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform routine reconciliation of payroll accounts and bi-weekly budget management reporting as assigned.
  • Compile, collate, and store all personnel-related paperwork daily with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve as an internal expert resource for training users on Timekeeping & HRIS software applications.
  • Establish effective working relationships with management while maintaining our service excellence culture.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in payroll and/or benefits administration experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Prior experience with Paylocity and/or Smartlinx electronic scheduling & timekeeping is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in challenging, sensitive, and confidential situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree required.
