We hope you'll consider joining us.Job Description:The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for entering various types of employment and benefit paperwork accurately and timely into the payroll system. This would include but not limited to salary, benefits, withholdings and direct deposits. This position is also responsible for the setup of non-exempt employees on Web Time Entry, the completion of student employment verifications, as well as providing administrative and project support to the Assistant Director and Director of Payroll.Salary: $21.41/hour -not to exceed 29 hours per week*The hiring salary above represent the College s good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law.Job Requirements:A high school diploma or equivalent is required and at least one to three years relevant experience preferred. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to provide attention to detail.
