PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR Are you a detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate payroll specialist? Want to join a team who works hard and has fun? A DAY IN THE LIFE As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely preparation of payroll and the administration of the payroll system. You will process and finalize all company payroll data, respond to and resolve any related inquiries, and coordinate payroll processing with the finance/accounting departments for distribution. Additionally, you will be tasked with office logistics, shipping and receiving, and culture initiatives.   • 1+ years of experience and knowledge of payroll administration
  • Experience with payroll software or HRIS system (ADP Preferred, Paychex Flex required)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with office logistics, shipping and receiving, culture initiatives.
Payroll certification or an associate's degree in accounting or human resources related field is preferred. Experience with a holdings company with multiple entities or one experiencing fast-paced growth is also helpful. You should be well-versed in data entry, research, and auditing; also, an organized, quality decision-maker. WORK SCHEDULE This position is full-time and hybrid.
