Schedule: Monday Thursday 9:00 5:30 Friday 9:00 5:00

Salary: 70K - 95K

Company Description:

Accu Data Workforce Solutions, a fast growing Human Capital Management service provider is searching for a Payroll Adminstrator for our Hicksville, Long Island location.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for payroll processing and quality service for clients. * Input data from time sheets, production records, or individual time cards to computerized payroll system * Respond to and resolve client questions and payroll issues in a timely and professional manner. * Accurate and timely preparation of client payrolls. * Maintain a high client retention rate through superior customer service. * Ability to maintain quality and accuracy in a fast paced, multi-tasking, detail oriented, deadline restricted environment. * Research and resolve customer service and/or processing issues when required. * Ensure upward communication to management regarding department, employee or customer concerns. * Responsible for balancing payroll runs, producing federal, state and local tax payments, and answering client questions and troubleshooting issues. * Understand and implement paid time off accrual policies

Job Duties:

* Answer incoming customer inquiries via email & phone * Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies * Record customer information within our customer service database * Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns * Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Qualifications:

* In depth knowledge of iSolved software preferred

* Knowledge of Master Tax preferred

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office required * Minimum of 2 years payroll experience

* Bachelors degree preferred

* FPC or CPP certifications preferred

* 3-5 years payroll experience preferred * Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within payroll processing * Team player a must
