Job Description Community Management Corp, an Associa company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support both local branch and client associations payroll. This position is ONSITE in Chantilly, VA, offering an option to work remotely one day a week after the introductory period. This position will prepare and process payroll for 15 homeowners associations totaling approximately 150 employees using Paychex payroll software. This position will also support corporate branch payroll for approximately 300 employees. Providing information needed for the Corporate Payroll team to process payroll. Daily Responsibilities: Client Association Payroll
- Review time entered, pay rate, and payroll codes for association employees.
- Ensure payroll codes for position title and location are correct
- Process payroll and bonuses
- Research and analyze payroll and payroll code, make corrections and adjustments
- Enter and update garnishments, child support, payroll deductions, 401K, benefits, etc.
Corporate Branch Payroll
- Update employee status, department changes, prepare pay changes, additional pay and bonuses for corporate payroll team.
- Review time entered and payroll codes for employees. Add paid time off and other hours as needed.
- Ensure payroll is fully approved and signed off for corporate payroll to process.
Requirements
- Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
- Must have strong time management and organization skills.
- Team player, attention to detail, solutions oriented, problem solver, and service minded.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Preference of at least three years of payroll, processing for 200+ employees
- Multiple site and business entity payroll experience a plus
- Paychex experience required
- ADP and Excel experience are highly preferred
