Payroll Administrator
We're looking for a Payroll Administrator to support the seamless payroll process for a growing team. In this role, you'll handle essential payroll functions, from processing payroll for multi-state employees to ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and administer payroll, commission, and bonuses accurately and on time
- Collaborate with Sales and Management to manage payroll records and reconcile payroll accounts
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing tasks, and maintain compliance with payroll legislation
- Act as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries, while also maintaining the time and attendance system
- Assist with special projects and audit functions, contributing to a smooth payroll experience
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 2 years of payroll experience, with multi-state processing expertise
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with payroll systems like SAP, UKG Pro, or ADP
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with tight deadlines and confidential information
