Description Payroll Administrator| Direct Hire position $55k-$65k DOE | On-Site Upland, PAA well-established organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage payroll functions for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple work groups. This direct-hire role requires prior payroll processing experience, with a strong preference for familiarity with the Banner payroll system.

- Adhere to payroll regulations and organizational policies
- Collaborate with team members to support payroll operations and resolve payroll issues
Requirements for the Payroll Administrator position - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience with both exempt and non-exempt payroll
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with the Banner payroll system is highly preferred
