- Processing for 3,000 employees - Multi-State all 50 states. Semi-Monthly
- UKG experience, but moving to Workday soon
- Someone who has a leadership mentality is ideal because there is potential growth opportunity in a team lead
- Great personality/communication
Background Check - Criminal and Credit Must have good credit. Finger Printing during onboarding due to the nature of the business.

Job Description
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing for 3,000 employees - Multi-State all 50 states. Semi-Monthly
- Heavy deductions experience (manual, garnishments, levies, 401K, etc)
- Data entry of payroll changes / new hires/terminations
- Coordinate time and attendance process with payroll including tracking vacation / sick / PTO balances with HR Coordinators
- Period management of Time and Attendance system to include data entry, managing time process, system maintenance (employee and admin level)
- Training for coordinators and supervisors on T&A system
- Process and track garnishments and other deductions
- Auditing/editing of reports
- Process / track 401(k) upload to system – working closely with 401(k) advisors and consultants
- Process bonuses/commission payments
- Assist with open enrollment process for welfare benefits
- Creating / interpreting reports for coordinators and management
- Creating / conducting training for coordinators / employees on system processes
- Create journal entries for payroll taxes / coordinate all tax processes with payroll provider
- Tax inquiry research
- Coordination of completion of surveys from OSHA, DOL, etc.
- Handle year-end processes to include edits, W2's, address & SS# verification, etc.
- Employee Termination payroll processing
