Payroll Analyst
This role leverages Workday and other payroll systems to manage and enhance payroll processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy across academic, monthly, and weekly pay cycles. Key responsibilities include processing payroll transactions, analyzing and reconciling payroll data, and troubleshooting system issues. The Payroll Analyst will act as a subject matter expert, addressing tax, garnishment, and compliance matters while supporting process improvements. This role also involves generating reports, managing year-end documents (W-2, W-2C, 1042-S), and coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resolve discrepancies.
