Category Corporate Services Description Payroll and Accounting Clerk Position Summary: The Parroll and Accounting Clerk is responsible for assisting the Accounting and Payroll depatments with various task. the position reports to the controller, Acounting Manager and coordinates often with the Human Resources Department to ensure accurate information for payment. Salary range 50K-60KDuties and Resposibilities
  • Responsable for ensuring employeess are paid accurately and on time.
  • Processing weekly adjustments (Rate changes, vacations, etc.)
  • Responsible for data entry and documents review.
  • Assist with matching and processing of invoices, vendors billing and discrepancies.
  • Must be organize, detailed, and able to maintain strict confidentiality of all information.
  • Filling paperwork and answering miscellaneous calls.
  • Puntual and dependable attendance.
  • Strong customers service and interact in a professional manner with various fuctions and levels within Organization.
Knowlledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 2 plus years payroll experience.
  • Proficiency with PAYCOM is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Includes Word & Excel, Outlook)
  • Time management, multitasking and organizational skills are a must.
  • Quick learner and team player.

Position Requirements •Operating office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, and calculator; coordinating the servicing of equipment. •Operating personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software. •Using various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports. •High School Diploma or GED •Two years college or equivalent work experience. •Five years grocery experience is required. Some administrative/office experience preferred. Additional education may be substituted for years of experience.
