ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management (75%)
- Oversee all payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Manage payroll functions, including compliance, reporting, and data integrity.
- Handle international payroll across various regions, ensuring adherence to local regulations and tax laws.
- Utilize ADP Workforce for payroll processing and reporting.
- Implement and maintain audit procedures to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies, serving as the primary contact for employees.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to streamline payroll processes and ensure data accuracy.
Benefits Administration (25%)
- Administer benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
- Use Sequoia to manage and reconcile benefits data.
- Monitor and process benefits changes, ensuring accurate integration with payroll.
- Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant benefits regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in payroll management, with a focus on international payroll.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce required.
- Experience with Sequoia preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
