Job Description:
ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management (75%)
  • Oversee all payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Manage payroll functions, including compliance, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Handle international payroll across various regions, ensuring adherence to local regulations and tax laws.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce for payroll processing and reporting.
  • Implement and maintain audit procedures to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies, serving as the primary contact for employees.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to streamline payroll processes and ensure data accuracy.
Benefits Administration (25%)
  • Administer benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
  • Use Sequoia to manage and reconcile benefits data.
  • Monitor and process benefits changes, ensuring accurate integration with payroll.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant benefits regulations and policies.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in payroll management, with a focus on international payroll.
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce required.
  • Experience with Sequoia preferred.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
