Job Description:

Position and Responsibilities

· Processes payroll bi-weekly for multiple US and oversees locations using payroll software.

· Ensures bi-weekly are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

· Oversees and processes all expatriate payroll operations, including taxes, specifically tax estimations.

· Reviews payroll documentation for accuracy through audit reports and makes any necessary adjustments. Obtain necessary approvals.

· Creates and automates all necessary payroll and management reports. Works closely with Human Resource Team and Finance & Accounting on all payroll related issues.

· Reviews and computes wage and corrects errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings. Ensure that all changes to payroll are processed correctly.

· Works closely with Human Resource Manager to ensure accurate benefit deductions and record keeping.

· Responsible for the support and maintenance of a company's HR payroll systems.

· Provide authorized parties with copies of fund investment documentation.

· Ensuring compliance with the fund documentation, statutory regulations and company policies and procedures.

· Process investor transactions in line with the fund documentation, statutory regulations and company policies and procedures.

· Process the cash movements associated with investor activity.

· Ensuring that the records of the fund are maintained in a complete and organized manner.

· Produce internal operational reports that assist in the effective operation of the team.

· Manage, coordinate, and process corp. client equity plan events on Shareworks in line with agreed timelines and SLA's.

· Produce financial and administrative reports from Shareworks as required.

· Review and resolve issues identified daily by system monitoring tools.

· Track open issues and escalate where appropriate.

· Support other team members with day-to-day activities.

· Learn, maintain, and continuously expand knowledge of Shareworks.

· Preparing for upcoming Vesting Events.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Proficient with payroll software.

· Ability to communicate sensitive information in a thoughtful manner.

· Analytical ability to develop and implement process improvements.

· Able to work well with senior executives and management team, as well as mentor/lead department.

· Lead and mentor payroll.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.

· Experience with ADP Workforce Now required

· Experience with Shareworks preferred but not required.

· Three to five years of related experience required.

Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and capabilities. We offer structures that include base and bonus, as well as a full benefits package.
