OverviewThompson Hospitality is hiring a Payroll Assistant. This position Supports payroll operations by processing, monitoring, and reviewing biweekly payroll, garnishments, and case management. Maintain accurate records in Excel and assist with Zendesk ticketing. Competitive Benefits:

Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in the processing, monitoring, and reviewing of the biweekly payroll.
- Assist with garnishments.
- Assist with case management.
- Update and maintain accurate excel spreadsheet for payroll and garnishment.
- Assist with monitoring Zendesk ticketing system.
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications for the Payroll Accountant
- 2-5 years of work experience. Payroll experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Extremely organized, able to multi-task effectively and attentive to detail
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to work independently
- Accurate data entry required
