- Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Generate payroll reports for management, finance, and HR, including salary, tax, and benefits summaries.
- Enter and maintain employee payroll data such as hours worked, wage changes, bonuses, and deductions.
- Review and reconcile employee timecards, making adjustments as necessary, and ensuring proper time reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll tax filings, including W-2s, 1099s, and quarterly tax reports.
- Experience with payroll software ADP is required.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree and 3+ years of experience.
