Payroll Benefits Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the implementation of ADP payroll and tax systems
- Develop and maintain payroll policies, processes, and guidelines
- Oversee the processing of monthly billings
- Cultivate partnerships with contracted benefits providers
- Administer benefits programs to ensure relevance, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry trends and practices.
- Educate and train all levels of management and employees on benefit and payroll matters.
- Create 401(k) communication materials, presentations, and training.
- Oversee payroll administration and time management processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and government regulations related to payroll and employment terms.
- Manage statutory submissions, payments, and government claims processing.
- Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring testing and implementation of changes/updates.
- Develop reports on manpower costs and performance appraisals.
- Design analytic tools for KPI measurements.
- Evaluate and enhance the current performance management system.
- Benchmark and recommend improvements for performance management programs.
- Consult with management on HR systems and initiatives.
- Assist in HR projects as needed.
- Generate reports on assigned topics, corrective actions, and investigation results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required
- 10-15 years of relevant payroll related experience
- Strong knowledge of HR trends, labor legislation, compensation programs, and Georgia income taxes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications.
- In-depth understanding of external market trends
- Extensive experience in data analysis and proposal development
- Previous experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred
- ADP and SAP experience
