Payroll/Bookkeeping Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to; process client's paychecks by entering data using QuickBooks, prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports, record-keeping, financial reports, helping the Tax Preparer with administrative duties, interact with Clients in a positive and friendly manner.
Ideal candidates will have solid accounting-related experience. Strong data entry, record-keeping, and computer operation experience is required. Experience managing general ledger and financial statements, and bank account balances is necessary.
Payroll/Bookkeeping Specialist will have accelerated attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and be driven to provide an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced and fun family environment.
This role requires organization, computer proficiency, and understanding of accounting principles and practices.
This is a job requiring work on premise, so attendance is an essential function. Proficient English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking are required.
