QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of union payroll experience- construction industry
- Preferred- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, or Business Management
- Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
- Good client service skills
- Being an effective team player
- Experience with payroll software, Sage 100 is a plus**!
- Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with specific deadlines
- Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records
RESPONSIBILITES
- Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data
- Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions
- Process and Post Union and Non-Unio Payroll Enteries weekley
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
- Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high-quality work and career advancement
