Job Title: Payroll Clerk
Summary: Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment of employees and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate wages, deductions, and taxes
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees
- Maintain payroll records and documentation
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries
- Prepare and submit payroll tax reports
Requirements:
- At least one year of Payroll or HR experience
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and math skills
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Education:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
