This role involves working closely with our Global Payroll controller to ensure accurate and timely processing of Israeli payroll as well as global payroll, handling payroll queries, and maintaining payroll records and working on the payroll closing cycles.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with payroll and accounting software, and a passion for providing excellent service to our employees around the globe as you will work directly with employees to address payroll-related questions and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth and supportive payroll experience.RequirementsCertified Payroll controller with 2-3 years of experience in Israeli payroll - a must, Global payroll - advantage.Local / Global bookkeeping background - strong advantage.Proficiency in payroll software (Hashavim/ Hilan) - AdvantageAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.Fluent in English, both written and verbal - a must.Ability to work independently, take full ownership of multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a global high-tech company: an advantage.ResponsibilitiesGlobal Payroll Processing: Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries.Data Verification & Entry: Accurately enter and validate payroll data, including attendance and absence recording.Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate payroll setup for new hires as well as ensure proper statutory requirements for offboarding employees (161 form etc).Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure compliance with relevant global tax regulations and labor laws, preparing payroll information for audits and assisting with any internal and external audits related to payroll and financial reporting.3rd Party Payroll Collaborations: Collaborate with payroll software providers, third-party payroll vendors, and international financial institutions to manage payroll services and resolve any issues that may arise with global payroll systems.NextSilicon is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
