Job Description:
Role: Payroll Coordinator Location: Houston, TX Pay Rate: $30 / hour Internal Job ID: 10031945 We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator on a contract-to-hire basis. Job Responsibilities:
  • Multi-state payroll processing using Paylocity.
  • Maintain all payroll records in payroll files and/or personnel files.
  • Maintain HRIS with accurate team member information. i.e. new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, withholding orders, etc.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities with our branch offices for all new hires. Monitor the status of background checks & drug testing and communicate the status with the branches.
  • Process verifications of employment.
  • Perform other support functions for the HR department as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Paylocity required.
