This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing for our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, with a high level of proficiency in Excel, Payroll, and ADP. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to grow and develop your skills within a fast-paced, innovative environment.Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee all payroll processes and procedures, including; reconciliation, auditing, and reporting.2. Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.3. Maintain and update payroll records and employee files, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.4. Utilize Excel for data management and reporting, creating complex spreadsheets and formulas to aid in payroll processing and analysis.5. Use ADP software for payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, and benefits administration.6. Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities promptly and professionally.7. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.8. Prepare and submit reports on payroll operations to the management team.9. Keep abreast of current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws associated with the processing of employee wage data, including payroll taxes, employee federal and state income, and social security taxes and employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.10. Provide excellent customer service by handling and responding to all payroll-related inquiries and problems in a timely manner.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll administration role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.2. Proficiency in Excel, Payroll, and ADP is required.3. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.4. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, procedures, and best practices.5. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.6. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.8. Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal rules and laws.9.
