A consulting services organization north of Pittsburgh is in search of a Payroll Coordinator to join their team! Looking for an individual with a strong understanding of accounting and payroll with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits upon hire.
Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Verify payroll accuracy through reconciliations and reports
- Respond to payroll inquires and coordinate with benefits staff
- Utilize payroll software to resolve issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Experience working in human resources and experience processing payroll, including multi-state
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
