Responsibilities will include:Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.· Responsible for preparing the daily attendance list for payroll processing.· Maintain Employee Master List and SFI error log· Responsible for managing the Payroll Hotline.· Manifest workup coding.· Entering Manifest workup data into TMW as assigned.· Preparing notifications for payroll adjustments.· Sorting and batching weekly manifest.· Scan all payroll documents into Docuware· Stuffing and mailing of weekly payroll checks.· Emailing weekly settlement sheets.· Duties as assigned.*DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:*· High-school diploma required· 1-2 years' experience with payroll in an office setting – *THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION – NOT A REMOTE POSITION*· Trucking industry experience a plus· Prior use of data base software· Good math skills required· Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products· Detail oriented and highly-organized· Confidentiality a must· Efficient at multi-tasking· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Ability to work independently· Ability to manage multiple tight deadlines· Excellent interpersonal communication skills*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:*· Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as necessary.· Criminal background and reference checks required.· Equal opportunity employerJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per yearBenefits:· 401(k)· Dental insurance· Flexible schedule· Health insurance· Paid time off· Referral program· Vision insuranceSchedule:· Day shift- 8am to 5pmExperience:· Data Entry: 2 years (Required)· Payroll: 1 year (Required)Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per yearSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* Payroll: 1 year (Required)* Data Entry: 2 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Jamesburg, NJ 08831 (Required)Work Location: In person
