Payroll HR CoordinatorKansas City, KS3 Months contract with possible extensionPay rate: $26/hr W2Working hours: 8am to 5pm
- The Human Resources Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resources processes including, lifecycle, benefits, FMLA and HRIS administration.
- They also assist with managing recruitment, employee records, employee benefits, payroll processing and provide administrative support to all employees.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Facilitate various HR department processes
- Help employees with their questions and issues
- Assist in employee hiring, onboarding, and training
- Payroll processing and reporting
- Track disciplinary warnings, prepare status
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met and produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Office supply management
- Other duties as assigned and needed.
Quals--
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Associates Degree or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of solid HR experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- ATS Experience
- HRIS System Experience
- E-Verify
- Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/Microsoft word/Excel/PowerPoint
