Role Summary: Administrative role responsible for maintaining client accounts. This includes handling reporting, plan adjustments, and incoming files for existing clients. Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and addressing file errors
  • Handling payroll files for live clients
  • Handling Regional Office maintenance requests
  • Assisting team members with data review for new client onboarding
  • Maintenance Projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in a business-related field.
  • 0-2 years of general work experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, with emphasis on Excel
  • Excellent logic, verbal, and written skills. Self-Starter with ability to multi-task, detail orientated, organized and client focused.
  • Experience with FIS Omni, Data Validation Web (DVW), Clover ETL Tool, Salesforce and CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with payroll functions

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
