Manage a team of three. Supervise all aspects of payroll processing (salary changes, bonuses, taxes, LOA's, disability, etc)Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations for NY, NY and CT - Process payroll for 1500 employees semi-monthly. Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee payroll records. Handle payroll related queries and issues in a timely manner. Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy. Provide training and support to payroll staff. Collaborate closely with different offices and teams. . . The Successful Applicant. A successful Payroll Manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field 6 years of payroll experience; 2 years of experience as a people manager. Experience processing payroll for 1500 employees. ADP experience required, Workday experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
