Job Title: Payroll and Employment Tax Transition Manager

Location: New York, NY

Pay: $80 to $86/hr.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Employment Tax Transition Manager to oversee the seamless integration of payroll and employment tax processes during our acquisition phase. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth transition of acquired companies' payrolls into our established systems, as well as facilitating the transfer of employment tax programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll processes, project management expertise, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Duties:

• Manage the payroll and employment tax transition of acquired companies into our outsourced payroll vendor ecosystem.
• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring successful project implementation and continuity during the transition period.
• Support our payroll and employment tax teams, providing assistance and guidance throughout the transition process.
• Take ownership of post-transition payroll activities, including data integrity maintenance and closure of payroll registrations for acquired companies.
• Coordinate with project-related resources based in Budapest and Gurgaon to ensure project success.
