Job Description:

Title: Payroll & HR Manager & Accounting Assistant Job Description: Assist in all areas of timekeeping and payroll processing including but not limited to: • Ensuring all new hires are following new hire protocol as relates to vetting ID & other required specialty licensing & OSHA Cards. • Handling new employee set up into the Exaktime System of time keeping, enswing all foreman are keeping appropriate daily sign in sheets (& agency sign in sheets) and posting in online WhatsAP group chat daily. • Collecting and organizing weekly time accrued/ employee and sending time in the appropriate format to Third Party PR Company for processing. • Preparing all paper Certified Payroll Reporting as well as online entry for agency payroll reporting (le LCMS System for NYC SCA and Ecomply for NYCHA) • Submitting all monthly paperwork required with requisition packages. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks for Construction including data entry of AP & AR, bank reconciliations, General Journal Entries • Basic knowledge of Construction as relates to union wages, benefits & reporting a plus. • Basic knowledge of Construction Billing on a % completed basis on as standard AIA monthly form. Hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM Mon-Fri in office initially Salary: Commensurate with Experience Observed Paid Holidays: Dates To be Provided Personal/Sick/Vacation Time: (2) Personal, (3) Sick, as well as (5) Paid vacation days available after 3-month probation. Two weeks paid vacation available after 2 full years of employment. Medical Insurance: If employee does not opt out of group medical coverage, ½ of the cost of only the employee as single will be picked up by Employer up to $500.00/Month This arrangement may be terminated immediately by either party upon verbal or written notice. Final compensation will be made for all days worked during the last weekly pay period.
