Our client is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team. As a Payroll Manager, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting the overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and outstanding organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Payroll Manager Location: Omaha, Nebraska Pay Range: $90,000 - $95,000 annual salary plus benefits What's the Job?

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of payroll policies using PeopleSoft & Workday software for both US and Canadian payrolls.
  • Manage payroll from a strategic, administrative, and technical perspective in the US and Canada.
  • Analyze, prepare, and input payroll data for US and Canadian payrolls ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Lead the testing and implementation of system changes or upgrades in collaboration with the Director of Payroll.
  • Recruit, select, orient, and train payroll staff, while managing performance and development.
What's Needed?
  • US and Canadian payroll experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required; CPP certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of six years of payroll experience with multi-state payrolls.
  • Strong leadership, administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
