About the Role
The Payroll Specialist manages and executes payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation while maintaining compliance with regulations.
What You'll Be Doing
+ Process e s weekly/biweekly payroll in ADP Workforce . ?
+ Validate s and audit payroll reports.? ?
+ Prepare s Union Fringe & Certified Payroll Reports . ?
+ Support s payroll projects & union audits. ?
+ Initiate s continuous improvement in US payroll proces s and Canadian payroll operation including payroll processing, yearend activities etc. ?
Qualifications
What You'll Need for Success
+ Education Associate degree in Accounting , Business Administration, or a related discipline would be preferred, or a combination or the equivalent work experience.
+ 7+years payroll experience in full-cycle US payroll of multiple jurisdictions and job sites . ?
+ Multiple union experience required .?
+ Experience in ADP Workforce preferred . ?
+ Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
