The A.C. Coy company has an opening for a Payroll Specialist. Ideal candidates must have experience in Peoplesoft, familiarity with general ledger accounting, and account reconciliations.
- Perform payroll duties including preparation and processing within PeopleSoft
- Prepare payroll invoices
- Prepare custom reports
- Reconcile bi-monthly and monthly payroll reports into the general ledger
- Prepare reconciliations for taxes for stock vesting events
- Prepare and input journal entries into the general ledger
- Validate 401k contribution, match, and forfeiture import and edit reports
- Perform payroll audit tasks, including SOX related tasks
- Provide administrative support fo the Commuter Reimbursement Program
Education Required:
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of Payroll experience, preferably within PeopleSoft
- Experience using Dayforce & Oracle Financials preferred
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- High attention to detail
