Job Responsibilities are as follows: Responsibilities include: Define tower scope and strategy to achieve it, align with stakeholders. Ensure ongoing stakeholder management. Ensure Tower project plan is detailed, complete, realistic and integrates with other workstream (timings, dependencies). Identify gaps in resource requirements and knowledge or performance of squad members and manage or escalate to project leadership for support. Manage activities carried out by squad members. Approve all tower outputs and deliverables. Ensure full, thorough documentation (functional requirements, process documents, change impact assessments, test requirements, test scenarios, training & comms materials, etc). Lead squad in identification of risks, issues and interdependencies and management of mitigations/corrective actions. Follow PMO-defined processes for progress reporting and cross-workstream collaboration. Onboard during Discovery Phase, Due Diligence, downselect and negotiations to ensure current state and Project knowledge transition Recommend strategy, validate direction, or provide steerage in solutioning Attend status meetings and contribute as appropriate meeting all PMO requirements Inform data gathering and research as project requires Education: Bachelors Degree
