To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their New City York team, responsible for processing US payroll and compliance while collaborating closely with the firm's global counterparts.In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting semi-monthly and ad hoc payroll processing and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. You will also lead payroll audits and compliance initiatives, such as 401(k) testing and tax credit analyses, while maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date payroll procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for recommending enhancements and efficiencies to optimize the automated payroll process.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, 5 + years of experience processing though Workday Payroll, as well as experience processing multi-state payroll taxes.
