- Handle the accurate and timely completion of multi-state payrolls for salaried as well as hourly employees (union and non-union).
- Manage payroll tax calculations, remittance, and reporting, staying updated on regulations and communicating changes to employees.
- Reconcile payroll accounts with the general ledger, collaborate with accounting for accurate financial statements, and generate detailed reports.
- Experience with any of the following is a plus: Kronos, Paylocity, or ADP Workforce Now.
